0/1 flag; = 1 if the beneficiary was prospectively assigned to the ACO through voluntary alignment and = 0 if the beneficiary was not prospectively assigned to the ACO through voluntary alignment.
A beneficiary may be both voluntarily aligned to the ACO and assigned through claims-based assignment and may have a flag designating they were assigned through both methods.
