They are ordered using the MC_ENT_ACRDTN_ORG_CD (lowest value is considered MC_ENT_ACRDTN_ORG_CD _1); the associated MC_ENT_ACRDTN_ACHVMT_DT and MC_ENT_ACRDTN _END_DT use the same numeric suffix. There can be more than one entry for an ACRDTN_ORG if more than one date range was found on the monthly records.
