This variable is contained in the following files:

Q3_ASSIGN
0/1/. flag; = 1 if beneficiary was assigned to that ACO during Q3 assignment, = 0 if the beneficiary was not assigned to that ACO during Q3 assignment, and = . if the ACO terminated prior to Q3 assignment.
