In the monthly TAF, if AGE_NUM is greater than 125, then AGE_NUM is set equal to 125. An age less than zero is possible when the state covers the health of a fetus or the child during the gestational period. This age value is calculated using the date of birth in the eligibility file (or, if not populated, then most recent date of birth value from the two-prior year[s] is used).
