Purpose of this document
Researchers requesting Part D Event (PDE) data must select and justify each variable needed for the request. The Part D Variable Justification Worksheet is a tab labeled "PDE Variables" within the applicable Specifications Worksheet.
- Please deselect any “automatically included” variables that are not applicable to your data use request.
- For all selected variables be sure to include the reason for requesting each PDE element along with the corresponding risk level.
