ResDAC is Hiring! Open Technical and Executive Advisor Positions Available.

The Division of Health Policy and Management, School of Public Health, University of Minnesota seeks a Researcher 5 (Technical Advisor) and a Research Professional 2 (Executive Advisor) for the Research Data Assistance Center (ResDAC) Assistance Desk. The ResDAC Assistance Desk is the initial point of contact with external researchers nationwide who are seeking information about accessing and using the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) administrative data.

The Technical Advisor will provide information about CMS programs, CMS data sets, individual data elements, and the mechanisms for accessing CMS data. The Executive Advisor will work with a team of ResDAC staff, CMS staff, CMS contractors, and outside researchers to coordinate and review requests for research identifiable data files to be reviewed by the CMS Privacy Board.
