2016 Annual Meeting Theme - Creating the Healthiest Nation: Ensuring the Right to Health
Health is not an option. It's about access. It's about equity. And it's about giving more attention where needed. EVERYONE deserves the opportunity to achieve the highest level of health. Becoming the healthiest nation means some communities and populations might require more resources than others. Moving toward health equity means we must value all people equally, promote prevention and zero in on the social determinants of health.
