A score indicating the patient's ability to groom at discharge. Grooming includes oral care, hair grooming (combing or brushing hair), washing the hands, face, and either shaving the face or applying make-up. If the patient neither shaves nor applies make-up, grooming includes only the first four tasks. This items includes obtaining articles necessary for grooming.
